Discovery & Brief
A free 45-minute video call where we learn everything about your business, your customers, your competition, and your goals. We ask a lot of questions. We listen more than we talk. At the end, we write the brief and send it to you for approval — not the other way around.

Build
Once the brief is approved, we build. The entire site is constructed in 7–10 days using our agentic workflow. Tim reviews every component before it goes into the build. We don't use templates — every site is designed and coded from scratch against your brand tokens.

- Provide final copy if you're writing it (or approve our draft)
- Be available for quick questions via email
- Share any photos or media you want used

- Design and develop all pages
- Implement your brand tokens exactly
- Write and integrate structural SEO markup
- Configure GA4 analytics and contact form

Review & Revise
We send you a live preview link — a real URL where you can see and click through every page. You get one full round of revisions. Tell us everything at once; we implement it all in 48 hours and re-share the preview.

- Approve the revised preview when ready

Launch & Monitor
Once you approve the final preview, we deploy to Cloudflare Pages or Vercel. Domain connection, SSL, CDN configuration — all handled. Your site is live. 30 days later, your first automated performance report arrives in your inbox automatically.

Transparency
Yes, we use AI. Here’s what that actually means.
AI-augmented, not AI-generated
We use Claude and GitHub Copilot as engineering tools, not as replacements for engineering judgment. Every suggestion is reviewed, tested, and approved. The model doesn’t ship code — Tim ships code. The model helps him do it faster.
The gap is in the training data
A model prompted by someone with 20 years of enterprise engineering experience produces dramatically different output than a model prompted by someone who just learned to code. The prompts, the context, the review criteria, the testing standards — all of that is the intellectual property that makes our AI use valuable, not generic.
Transparency is a competitive advantage
