Services
A real website. At a real price.
Three ways to work with me. All of them built on the same care, the same quality, and the same honest conversation.
Custom Website Package
$750. Live in 2 weeks.
$750 one-time
A complete, custom website built specifically for your business. Not a template. Not a page builder. A real site that loads fast, looks great, and actually helps people find you — and you own it outright when I'm done.
Timeline
Day 1: Discovery call & brief sign-off. Days 3–10: Build. Day 12: Your review. Day 14: Live.
Need more than 5 pages? I scope that on the discovery call — pricing scales with complexity, not hourly rates.

FAQ
Honest answers to real questions.
Why only $750? What's the catch?
No catch. I've built a smarter, more efficient way to work — which means I can deliver a high-quality site in far less time, and pass those savings on to you. You get the same care and craftsmanship, just without the overhead.
Do I own my site and code when you're done?
Yes, 100%. You get the full source code in a GitHub repository, and you own it outright. There are no licensing fees, no platform lock-in, and no dependency on me to keep the lights on. If you want to take it to another developer, you can.
What if I need changes after launch?
The Custom Website Package includes one round of revisions during the 2-week build window and 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and small tweaks. For ongoing changes and growth, my Monthly Retainer is the right fit.
Do you use AI to build the sites?
Yes — and I'm upfront about it. AI helps me work faster, but it doesn't replace judgment. Every piece of the site is reviewed, tested, and approved before it ships. The difference between a cheap AI site and a good one is the person making the decisions. That's me.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Absolutely. If you have brand guidelines, a logo, and a color palette, I implement them exactly. If you need help defining your brand, I can help scope that as part of the discovery process. You don't need to start from scratch.
What's not included in the $750?
The $750 covers design, development, and deployment of a custom website up to 5 pages. It does not include e-commerce or online storefronts, custom booking or reservation systems, copywriting, photography, video, custom illustration, or domain registration. If you're not sure whether your project fits, the discovery call is the right place to figure that out — no commitment required.
