Discovery & Brief
A free 45-minute video call where I learn everything about your business, your customers, your competition, and your goals. I ask a lot of questions. I listen more than I talk. At the end, I write the brief and send it to you for approval — not the other way around.

- Conduct the discovery call
- Write the site brief (structure, copy direction, goals)
- Define the technical architecture
- Send the brief for approval within 24 hours

Build
Once the brief is approved, I build. The entire site is designed and constructed in 7–10 days — from scratch, to your brand. I don't use templates. Every page is reviewed and tested before it gets in front of you.
You do
- Provide final copy if you're writing it (or approve my draft)
- Be available for quick questions via email
- Share any photos or media you want used
I do
- Design and develop all pages
- Match your colors, fonts, and brand exactly
- Set up your site so Google can find and index it
- Add analytics and a working contact form
- Test everything — speed, mobile, accessibility — before you see it

Review & Revise
I send you a live preview link — a real URL where you can see and click through every page. You get one full round of revisions. Tell me everything at once; I implement it all in 48 hours and re-share the preview.

- Review the preview thoroughly
- Consolidate all feedback into one document or message
- Approve the revised preview when ready

- Share the live preview link

Launch & Monitor
Once you approve the final preview, I get your site live. I handle everything — connecting your domain, making sure the padlock shows up in the browser, getting it running fast worldwide. Your site is live. 30 days later, your first performance report lands in your inbox.
