Why only $750? What's the catch?
There's no catch. We use an agentic build workflow that dramatically reduces the time it takes to build a production-quality site. What takes a traditional agency 40 hours takes us 10. We pass that efficiency to you. The difference is real engineering skill directing the tools — not a template with a logo swap.
Do I own my site and code when we're done?
Yes, 100%. You get the full source code in a GitHub repository, and you own it outright. There are no licensing fees, no platform lock-in, and no dependency on us to keep the lights on. If you want to take it to another developer, you can.
What if I need changes after launch?
The V1 package includes one round of revisions during the 2-week build window and 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and small tweaks. For ongoing changes and growth, our Monthly Retainer is the right fit.
Do you use AI to build the sites?
Yes — and we're transparent about it. We use Claude, GitHub Copilot, and agentic workflows. The critical distinction is that Tim's 20 years of engineering judgment sits between every model output and every line of code that ships. AI-augmented is not AI-generated. Every decision is reviewed, tested, and approved by a human who has built billion-dollar platforms.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Absolutely. If you have brand guidelines, a logo, and a color palette, we implement them exactly. If you need help defining your brand, we can help scope that as part of the discovery process. We don't require you to start from scratch.
What's not included in the $750?
The $750 covers design, development, and deployment of a V1 website up to approximately 5 pages. Custom illustration, photography, video production, copywriting, and domain registration are not included. If you need copy support, we'll tell you upfront and refer you to a trusted partner.
